Debbie Yumeji Fujino
Welcome to my website!

My name is Debbie Yumeji Fujino, Reiki Practitioner - Level III Master/Teacher.

I became fascinated by how energy works in the healing process and the beneficial results that are experienced through the healing treatment. My outlook on life has more meaning for me today. Reiki is a spiritual healing energy life force that is created from the universe to improve the quality of life. My inner journey of soul searching and continually finding peace within led me into the study of spiritual development and meditation techniques then re-opened me into the world of Reiki. My life has become enhanced with self-improvements and abundance. This gentle alternative health care modality gives me great pleasure and I would like to share this with others. You will receive your own benefits also.
In Reiki Level I, Level II, and Level III, I received Reiki attunements or initiations from my Reiki Master/Teacher channeling and passing the energy and Reiki symbols into the auric and energy body. The Reiki Master/Teacher performs a specific ritual with the student. Attunements are not treatments. Following attunements, one becomes the conduit, channel way or vessel for the universal healing energies to travel through the practitioner's body and then into the receiver's body. The flow of the energy source becomes greater with the graduation to the next level. The intentions are pure and must continue to be pure and loving. The attunements clear the karmic, emotional, and mental bodies that balances and readjust the practitioner. The chakras are activated and become open. The healing energies flow from the universe through the practitioner's hands by means through the hand chakra points. Hand positioning is important.

The following is a brief description of the courses:

Level I training involves the background history of Reiki, Reiki ethics and the 5 principles, the human energy field, chakra studies, nature of the healing energy source, self-healing, helping others, using and applying hand positioning on oneself, on or above certain areas of others and with children, and also with animals, the three pillars of Reiki and how to provide a session for others. Two Reiki attunements are performed to the student from the Reiki Master/Teacher. Reiki is practiced with the students.

Level II training involves learning the powerful Japanese healing symbols, Reiki guides, distance healing, different forms of healing and using complementary tools and techniques, such as using a pendulum for chakra testing, general tips, etc. In depth discussion on clearing unwanted habits, empowering personal goals, and manifesting permanent changes in the student's life. The Japanese healing techniques are introduced and practiced. Distance sending is practiced. Alternative methods are introduced. Two Reiki attunements are performed to the student from the Reiki Master /Teacher. Reiki is practiced with the students.

Level III training involves learning more powerful healing symbols, learning the steps and processes for teaching and attuning the students to become a Reiki practitioner, practical and valuable information of starting your Reiki practice. This level includes meditation techniques, a Healing Attunement, the Hui Yin, the breathing technique, Psychic Surgery, and related information. The focus is on attuning others and teaching others with the Reiki techniques and symbols. An essay is written. The benefits of living a spirit-based life are discussed as well.

Reflexology

Continuing on my life path, I became very intrigued with natural alternative ancient healing that has been in existence for hundreds of years. Many cultures and belief systems throughout history used the feet as a map to discern the health and the affects of the body.

Reflexology is a natural holistic healing art and without the use of drugs. By applying pressures to the reflexes of the feet and hands, stimulation flows to the organs, glands, and all parts of the body. Tension is released, circulation is improved, and the body is assisted in regaining harmony and balance. The course description involves the history of Reflexology and its relevance in our modern day lives, understanding the anatomy and physiology as it relates to Reflexology, learning to start and operate own Reflexology practice, locating the reflex points on the feet, knowing and applying the techniques for a full Reflexology treatment, starting with warm-ups, followed by the main treatment and ending with the oil massage. Students are required to pass the written exam on the Anatomy section and to pass the practical exam in order to receive a certificate qualifying to practice as a Certified Reflexologist. They are then able to apply to become a member of the Reflexology Registration Council of Ontario, RRCO, to become registered.

The Reflexology Course is thorough, detailed and informative. Areas and sections covered are the following:

  • Introduction to Reflexology, History, Benefits, Business, Ethics, Zones, Techniques, Warm-ups
  • Anatomic Planes, Lymphatic System, Respiratory System
  • Circulatory System, Skeletal System
  • Urinary System, Digestive System

  • Practical Technique Review, Health Problem Chart, Dessert (oil massage routine)

Craniosacral Therapy

My passion for helping others with the holistic healing approach led me to another natural form of therapy. Craniosacral Therapy is a natural, gentle, noninvasive, light touch, hands-on technique using the universal energies to assist in the body's healing process and rhythm. It is a form of manipulation to the body's craniosacral system, the brain, spinal cord, spinal fluid, membranes and bones in the skull and sacral areas including the limbs. This therapy is aimed to restoring full cranial and bone function and movement thus releasing muscle, nervous, and stress tensions. It focuses on restoring the body back to balance and improving any dysfunctions the body system is undergoing. For some, the session is a powerful life changing event. For others, it is very gentle and subtle.

NGH professional certification course is about utilizing and teaching a modality technique to help and heal for the betterment of improving and empowering one to be at their best. Hypnosis involves being in a relaxed and calm state. The subconscious state becomes active and becomes the forefront as the conscious state is at the background. The person being hypnotized becomes highly responsive to suggestions. During the whole process time the respondent is totally aware of what is going on and is in total control of their actions. Hypnosis helps to change behaviours, work on addiction issues, eliminate fears, improve one's lifestyle, attract goodness, heal and maintain a healthy pattern of living. The types and levels of healing can be improved with Stress Management, Ego Strengthening, Weight Management, Smoking Cessation, and Phobia Management.

The subconscious mind is the part of our mind that is a storehouse for all experiences we have had through out our lives: one's experience, learning, manner for interacting with one's world, and one's automatic functions. The subconscious mind is not as rigid or as analytical as the conscious mind. More importantly, it is not as limited as the conscious mind.
